How long will the entire ordering process take, from order submission to delivery?

We do our best to deliver your product as fast as possible, depending on your location.

After submitting your order, what's next?

• Our staff will manually review all orders placed that day. This review is completed within 24 hours and includes checking customer info, shipping address, spelling errors, missing street numbers, and other details. Cancellation is still possible during this period.
• After the review, all orders for that day are fulfilled, including packaging, sorting, and dispatching. At this stage, no cancellation is accepted.
• Delivery is handled by India Post and other courier partners.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number, so you can track it every step of the way. Packages may occasionally face delays beyond our control, such as postal delays.
